APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements via the RÉVVI website, a brand of VTechCare B.V., based in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible. Our products are intended for muscle care and support before, during, and after sports activities. RÉVVI products are not medical products and do not replace professional medical advice. The product description is leading. Images are for illustrative purposes and may contain elements not included in the price.
USE OF PRODUCTS
The use of our products is at your own responsibility.
- For external use only (unless stated otherwise)
- Avoid contact with eyes and open wounds
- Discontinue use in case of irritation
PRICES
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices. The price at the time of ordering is leading.
Any additional costs, such as shipping or administrative fees, will be clearly displayed before completing the order. Obvious errors or mistakes in price and product information are not binding.
PAYMENT
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. The order will only be processed after payment has been received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
- suspected fraud
- incorrect information
- unavailability of products
DELIVERY
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and no rights can be derived from them. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer at the moment of delivery.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All delivered products remain the property of VTechCare B.V. until full payment has been made.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days of receipt. For full conditions, please refer to our return and refund policy.
WARRANTY
You are entitled to the statutory warranty as determined by Dutch law. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it.
LIABILITY
We are not liable for:
- incorrect use of products
- allergic reactions or individual sensitivity
- indirect damage
Use of our products is at your own risk. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as disruptions, transport issues, or government measures.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website (such as texts, images, and the RÉVVI brand name) is the property of VTechCare B.V. and may not be used without permission.
PRIVACY
We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. See our privacy policy for more information.
COMPLAINTS
Do you have a complaint? Please contact us via info@revvi.eu. We aim to respond substantively within 5 working days.
CHANGES
We may amend these general terms and conditions. The most up-to-date version is always available on our website.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
