RETURNS
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt. After registering your return, you have another 30 days to send the product back.
RETURN CONDITIONS
· Products are unused and in their original packaging
· Products are unopened (for hygiene reasons)
· The return is registered within 30 days after receipt
Please note: opened or used products cannot be returned.
HOW TO REGISTER A RETURN?
Send an email to info@revvi.eu with:
· your order number
· the reason for return (optional)
You will then receive the return instructions.
RETURN COSTS
The costs for returning are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise.
REFUND
After receipt and inspection of your return:
· we will refund the purchase amount
· including standard shipping costs (if applicable)
· within 30 days
We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the products. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
DEPRECIATION
If a product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may charge for any loss in value.
EXCHANGE
Would you like a different product? Simply place a new order and return the original product. This allows us to help you faster.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERY?
Please contact us within 48 hours after receipt via info@revvi.eu. We will provide an appropriate solution.
GOOD TO KNOW
Our products are developed for use before, during, and after sports activities. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.
